David Funk Fine Homes & Estates is a Niagara custom home builder and renovator and a multi-disciplinary construction company with the tools and experience to complete every aspect of your construction needs. We specialize in design consultation, 3-D custom home plans and offer Niagara’s highest quality custom home construction and exemplary customer service to achieve your vision every step of the way.
David Funk Fine Homes & Estates was established by founder David Funk. Having graduated with an extensive education in Construction Engineering Technology / Architecture, David has a solid technical foundation for the construction process, a thorough understanding of all building standards and provides each customer with the highest level of professionalism.
Originally trained as a residential framer, David has a complete understanding of how a custom home is built and has a unique appreciation for every trade and the value they bring to the home building or renovation process. After framing, Dave went on to work for an established Niagara homebuilder where he was responsible for designing, costing, managing, meeting and coordinating the entire construction process of many custom homes and renovations throughout Niagara.
David has built his company on trust and honesty. Extensive training, experience and work ethic are the very foundations of the company. When you enter into a relationship with David Funk Fine Homes & Estates, our mandate is that every single aspect is communicated clearly with you along the way.
David Funk Fine Homes & Estates offers services for every aspect of residential construction. We provide full-design consultation and are certified with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing to prepare legal official building drawings, or we can build from plans provided to us.
